This Privacy Policy explains how Actionable Insights LLC, doing business as Pool Route AI ("Pool Route AI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit poolrouteai.com (the "Site"), request a Route Rank Report, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form (such as a Route Rank Report request), contact us, or sign up for our services, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, city or ZIP code, and any other details you choose to provide.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.
How We Use Your Information

Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you give your consent, for example by checking the consent box on one of our forms, we may send you text messages about your Route Rank Report, your account, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information you provide for our text messaging program, including your phone number and your consent to receive texts, will be shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This remains true regardless of any other sharing described elsewhere in this Policy.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
Service providers. With companies that perform services for us, such as hosting, customer relationship management, call tracking, analytics, and email or text delivery. They may use the information only to perform services for us.

Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
