How does your pricing compare?
Its really good. I want you to comp us across the board. Look at our Compare tab, or drop the services list into google or GPT & see what it runs. Im using the latest tools in the midst of a revolutionary technology shift with AI & Automation & Im intentionally flipping the boat on these agencies & similar business who are fat and happy. And I built it because I needed it for my businesses.

Do I own my website, accounts,
and leads?
Yes. All of it. Your website, domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, and every lead and contact are yours and stay in your name. We run them for you, we don't hold them hostage. If you ever leave, you walk out with everything.

What does territory exclusivity mean?
One pool pro per area. When you're with us, we won't offer this to your competitor down the street. Your service area is yours, about 7 mile radius from your business address, or 150 square miles. Thats how much we believe in what we do.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. It's month to month. No twelve-month handcuffs, no early-termination fee. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in it. Cancel whenever you want, but you are charged the full last month.

What does it cost?
$2,000 a month, flat. Not $1999. No setup games, no surprise line items, no cut of your ad spend. You know exactly what you're paying before you start, and the Plan page lays out everything that's included.

How is this different from Angi, HomeAdvisor, or buying leads?
Those sell the same lead to three or four companies, then you fight over it on the phone. The leads we bring in are yours, straight to you, never shared or resold. You're building your own name and your own pipeline, not renting someone else's.

How fast will I see results?
Some of it moves right away. The ads and the missed-call text-back start working in the first couple weeks. The map and SEO side takes longer, usually a month or two to really climb, because Google rewards consistency over time. We have timeline we will walk you through on sign up.

What if it doesn't work?
That's what month to month is for. There's no long contract holding you in, so we have to keep earning it. We can't promise a magic number of jobs, nobody honest can. What we can promise is real work, real tracking, and numbers you can see for yourself in the portal.

How much of my time does this take?
Not much. A short 90 min setup at the start so we get your info and access, then we run it. You approve a few things here and there. With the Concierge on, even your calls get answered and booked, so you can stay on the route.

I already run my own ads, or I have a marketing person. Why switch?
Maybe you don't need to. Start with the free audit and we'll show you where you're winning and where you're leaving money on the table. A lot of do-it-yourself setups are missing the tracking underneath, the part that tells Google and Meta who your real buyers are. That's usually where your budget leaks out & you will find our value.

What happens if I cancel?
You pay through the end of that month & keep everything. Your accounts, your website, your data, your leads, all in your name and yours to take with you. We dont turn off your portal until all that info is transferred to you. No holding your stuff for ransom, no rebuild-from-scratch penalty.

Is the AI Concierge included?
The Plan covers the full program with Call Tracking (text back, capture, etc) included. But the 24/7 AI Concierge that answers and books your calls is a premium offer and +$600 upgrade you can add whenever you want. You can start without it, turn it on when you're ready.
